Fassati Art Festival was founded in 2018 and is an artistic project full of unusual experiences and meetings of interesting personalities. The main idea of the festival was prepared by soprano Markéta Fassati, who guarantees the festival’s ability. The Czech Republic is historically significantly connected to the world in all artistic directions, and Fassati Art Festival aims to continue this tradition. The entire festival also has a charitable mission. Our long-term partner in this field is the Food Bank, with whom we have been cooperating very successfully for many years.
Each gala evening is held in a unique and always different exclusive environment, each concert within the festival features top performers with an exceptional program, and each meeting has an original theme.

I met Markéta almost three years ago, at the gala evening of the Fassati Art Festival project. The moment I sat down and heard the first notes, I knew that this would definitely not be my last concert with her. I was even more pleased when she agreed to my proposal to help her in what makes her happy not only for herself but also for others. With beautiful music, a warm smile and a kind reminder that such projects make more and more sense.
The Prague and Central Bohemia Food Bank started in 2009 and is part of the Czech Federation of Food Banks, which is a member of the European Food Banks Federation (FEBA) based in France. Its mission is to fight food waste and to redistribute food among those in need. Director Věra Doušová and Markéta Fassati have been long-term friends who share similar views on food sustainability. Markéta is also a Food Bank ambassador.
